Designing (Ethnic Wear, Indo-Western and Western): Minimum Work Experience 3 years

We are looking for designers who are dedicated to their craft. We need designers who can create trend-setting designs and can create value for the organization.

Fashion Designer:
• Study fashion trends and anticipate designs that will appeal to consumers
• Decide on a theme for a collection
• Sketch designs of clothing
• Use computer-aided design programs (CAD) to create designs
• Select fabrics, embellishments, colors, or style for each garment
• Work with other designers or team members to create a prototype design
• Oversee the final production of their designs
• Fabrics sourcing
• Researching and maintaining up to date knowledge of market trends

Textile Designer:
• Developing commercially-appealing designs using wide variety of techniques and fabrics.
• Creating samples and developing raw materials for fashion designers.
• Experimenting with color, fabric and texture.
• Maintaining up to date knowledge of textile technology, production techniques and new designs.
• Fabrics sourcing
• Researching, Brain- storming or if necessary visiting sites for Idea Generation.

Print Designer:
• Designing and creating commercially-appealing prints using wide variety of colors, techniques and fabrics.
• Integrate hand and computer skills to prepare illustrations and prints.
• Researching and recommending new trends, patterns, prints and color combinations.
• Creating theme-based or collection specific prints in coordination with Fashion designing team.

Accessories Designer:
• Design and produce items such as clutches, neckpieces, earrings, belts, scarves, hats etc.
• Developing theme based collection in coordination with the fashion designing team.


• Work Experience Minimum 5 years.
• In-depth knowledge of Tally ERP 9.
• Maintaining accounts payable. Preparing payments by verifying documentation.
• Filing TDS and Sales Tax returns.
• Computing taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting and other tax requirements.
• Examining statements to ensure accuracy.
• Reconciliation of bank statement and party ledger.

Accounts Receivable:
• Work Experience Minimum 3 years
• Collecting/recovering payments from party through calling, Mails, letters and visits if required.
• Analysis and scrutiny of party statements and ledgers.
• Basic Knowledge of Tally ERP9 and Microsoft Excel.
• Maintaining a database of all parties in excel file in a proper format and doing a regular follow-up for recovery.
• Understanding and handling the relevant software.
• Handling other miscellaneous office related work.

Junior Accountant/Account Assistant:
• Work Experience Minimum 3 years
• Knowledge of ERP Tally 9
• Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• In-Depth knowledge of accounting fundamentals
• Reconciliation and analysis of party ledger
• Preparing, examining, analyzing and maintaining accounting records.
• Checking and verifying payment advices and passing journal entries for the same.

Software Handling:
• Developing a complete knowledge and understanding of all the software being used in the organization.
• Ensuring smooth operations of all the software
• Lodging complaints or service requests as an when the need arises
• Getting issues resolved through contacting the software executives in a timely and accurate manner.

Back office Staff:
• Maintaining all account files
• Maintenance of office stationery
• Other back office related work.

Merchandiser: Minimum Work Experience 3 years

Fashion and Apparel Merchandiser:
• Quality control and management of workers
• Co-ordination with suppliers
• Ensuring timely supply of raw materials, accessories and trims as per requirement of production and sampling.
• Playing the role of an intermediary between production department, designing department and quality department.
• Maintaining record of all the stock handed over.

Sales: Minimum Work Experience 3 years

Sales Team:
We are looking for sales persons; both men and women with excellent communication skills and decent educational background, who can interact effectively with our customers.
• Responsible for handling counter sales
• Maintaining relationship with customers through phone calls and keeping a follow-up
• Keeping a follow-up for stock, maintaining balance of stock.
• Taking orders from customers
• Recording sales and order information
Knowledge of Selling through different means (direct sales, whatsapp sales etc)

Production: Minimum Work Experience 3 years

Production Manager:
• Planning, coordinating and controlling production process.
• Ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of production.
• Drawing a production schedule.
• Working out the material and human resources required.
• Working in coordination with the Production supervisor and liaising with different departments such as suppliers and managers.

Production Supervisor:
• Managing a team of staff and organizing their workload.
• Allocating work and monitoring team performance.
• Ensuring that production targets are met.
• Reporting plants or machinery breakdowns to maintenance technicians
• Monitoring quality control
• Maintaining safe and clean work environment

Admin Staff: Minimum work experience 3 years

Office Administrator:
• Supervise and coordinate activities for staff
• Maintain business premises and other facilities
• Ensuring that administration activities in office run smoothly
• Providing office support services.

Back office receptionist:
• Completing back office operations, handling visitors
• Keeping a track of incoming and outgoing parcels and completing all related formalities.
• Handling and directing incoming calls, Mails/Inquiries.
• Keeping a track of office staff attendance
• Ensuring office cleanliness and proper functioning of the back office
• Responsible for maintenance of records and proper filing of documents.
